About Us
Gardens by the Hammocks is a planned development housing community located in South Florida in Miami-Dade County in the heart of Kendall. We are conveniently located just 25 minutes from Miami Beach, 40 minutes from the Florida. Ideally located off exit the Florida Turnpike at SW 120th Street and proceed West to SW 153 Court.
Our lovely community is a quiet, friendly community that consists of 398 housing units of which is comprised of 137 single family homes, 101 town-homes and 160 villas.
Our community is filled with amenities for all your family to enjoy. Our amenities include: a modern state-of-the-art community club house, a swimming pool, and a children’s playground. Our state-of-the-art clubhouse is complete with a kitchen, formal bar perfect for special events, it also includes a fully equipped gym.
Garden by the Hammocks Board of Directors is comprised of five homeowners of record who are elected by homeowners. The community is professionally managed by Castle Group with a full time onsite management team.
